Welcome to Nel Tax and Financial Solutions (“NTFS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, products, and all related offerings. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using NTFS services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

NTFS provides:

Tax Representation & Advisory Services – Led by a licensed Enrolled Agent under Circular 230, offering tax planning, representation before the IRS, and compliance consulting for U.S. taxpayers.
Financial Guidance & Executive Coaching – Providing wealth-building strategies, financial literacy education, and business financial consulting.
Family Financial Education – Offering workshops, courses, and resources for individuals and families seeking financial wellness.
Course Licensing & Digital Products – Creating and licensing workshops, courses, and financial literacy materials.

International clients may use our general financial education services but must ensure compliance with their local regulations.

3. PRIVACY POLICY

NTFS collects and processes personal information in compliance with applicable laws. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. PAYMENT POLICY

Payments for NTFS services and products are subject to the following terms:

Accepted Payment Methods: Major credit cards, debit cards, money orders, cashier’s checks, electronic and paper checks.
Installment Payments: Available via third-party services such as Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna, or upon request with a 50% deposit. Internal payment plans must be completed within 4 months.
Late Payments & Fees: A $25 late fee applies to payments more than 7 days overdue. If a payment is more than 30 days late, the client relationship will be terminated, and full payment for services rendered will be due immediately.
Workshops, Digital Products, and Licenses: All sales are final. Licensing agreements are subject to separate terms.

5. USER CONDUCT

By using our website and services, you agree:

To use our site and services for lawful purposes only.
Not to engage in fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful activities.
Not to misuse NTFS services for investment, tax evasion, or financial misconduct.

Payment obligations are not met.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by Maryland law. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to mediation or arbitration in Baltimore County, Maryland.

12. BRANDING & TRADEMARKS

NTFS, its logos, business names, and associated branding elements are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. MODIFICATIONS & UPDATES

NTFS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of services constitutes agreement to the changes.
