Refunds for services are not provided under any circumstances once work has commenced. This applies to:

3. Refund Policy for Digital Products & Courses
Digital products, online courses, and downloadable materials are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

4. Refund & Return Policy for Physical Books & Shipped Products
If you purchased physical books or other shipped products directly from:
- Nel Tax and Financial Solutions’ official website
- Our Payhip store (payhip.com/ntfsglobal)
You may request a refund or replacement by emailing [email protected] within 10 calendar days of receiving the item.
- Please include proof of purchase and photos of any damage or incorrect items when applicable.

- NTFS is not responsible for refunding or replacing items purchased from third-party sellers.

5. Refund Policy for Events (Virtual & In-Person)
- Tickets for events, webinars, and workshops are non-refundable.
- If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing [email protected] at least 48 hours before the event.
If an event is canceled by NTFS, registrants will be notified and eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future event.
6. Refund Policy for Licensing Courses, Workshops & Materials
- Fees for licensing NTFS materials, courses, or workshops are non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been provided.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed for a completed purchase, NTFS reserves the right to:
