Nel Tax and Financial Solutions (NTFS)

1. Overview
This Payment & Licensing Policy applies to all services, products, courses, workshops, and materials offered by Nel Tax and Financial Solutions (NTFS), including but not limited to:

🔹Fractional CFO & Accounting Services
🔹Financial Education & Coaching for Families
🔹Executive & Business Financial Coaching
🔹Workshops (In-Person & Virtual)
🔹Digital Products (E-books, Templates, Online Courses, etc.)
🔹Physical Books & Workbooks
🔹Live & On-Demand Webinars
🔹In-Person and Virtual Events
🔹Licensed & Customized Courses
🔹Other Products & Services NTFS May Offer in the Future
By engaging with NTFS, purchasing a product, licensing a course, or registering for an event, you agree to comply with this Payment & Licensing Policy.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
NTFS accepts the following forms of payment:
🔹All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
🔹Debit cards
🔹Money orders
🔹Cashier’s checks
🔹Electronic bank transfers (ACH)
🔹Paper checks
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD).
3. Installment Payment Options
To provide flexibility, NTFS offers installment payment options in two ways:
A. Third-Party Payment Plans
NTFS partners with third-party providers such as Afterpay, Affirm, or Klarna for installment payment plans. Approval and terms are determined by the third-party provider and are subject to their respective policies.
B. NTFS Internal Payment Plans (Upon Request)
If NTFS creates an internal payment plan for you, the following terms apply:
🔹 50% deposit is required upfront before work begins.
🔹 The remaining balance must be paid within 4 months.
🔹 Payments are scheduled as agreed upon in your service contract.
Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in suspension of services (see Section 6).
4. Workshop, Digital Products, Books, and Event Payments
🔹 Workshops & Live Events (In-Person or Virtual)
- Payment must be made in full at the time of registration unless an installment plan is pre-arranged.
- No refunds will be issued for missed events unless NTFS cancels or reschedules.
🔹 Digital Products & Online Courses
- Payments for digital products, e-books, templates, and online courses are final and non-refundable once purchased.
- If a technical issue prevents access, NTFS will provide support to resolve the issue.
🔹 Physical Books & Workbooks
- Payments must be made in full before shipment.
- Shipping and handling fees apply as listed at checkout.
🔹 Pre-Orders & Event Tickets
- Pre-orders for books, courses, or events must be paid upfront to secure your spot or copy.
- Refunds are not available for pre-orders unless the product or event is canceled.
5. Licensing of Courses, Workshops, & Materials
NTFS offers licensed access to courses, workshops, and proprietary materials for individuals, businesses, and organizations. By purchasing a license, you agree to the following:
A. Course & Workshop Licensing
- Licensing fees are determined based on the scope of use, audience size, and duration of access.
- Licensed courses and workshops are for the exclusive use of the purchaser and cannot be resold, redistributed, or modified without written permission from NTFS.
- Any modification, copying, or public distribution of licensed materials without written consent from NTFS is strictly prohibited.
B. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection
- All NTFS courses, workshops, and materials (including slides, handouts, recordings, digital downloads, and books) are the intellectual property of NTFS and protected by U.S. copyright laws.
- License holders receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the content for the specific purpose outlined in the licensing agreement.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of NTFS materials is a violation of copyright laws and may result in legal action.
C. Licensing Renewals & Expirations
- Licensing agreements specify the length of access (e.g., 6 months, 1 year, lifetime access).
- If a license expires and is not renewed, access to materials will be revoked.
D. Customization of Licensed Content
- NTFS may offer customized versions of courses and workshops for an additional fee.
- Customization requests must be discussed and approved before purchase.
6. Payment Declines, Late Fees, & Service Suspension
If a payment declines or is not received on time, the following policies apply:
📌 Declined Payments: NTFS reserves the right to pause all work, event access, product delivery, or course licensing until payment is received.
📌 Late Payments for Services or Licensing Agreements:
- If a payment is 7 calendar days late, a $25 late fee will be applied.
- If a payment is 30+ calendar days late, your client relationship with NTFS will be terminated, and all outstanding payments for completed work will be due immediately.
NTFS will notify clients via email and/or in writing before terminating a contract due to non-payment.
7. Payment Disputes & Billing Questions

All payment disputes must be submitted within 10 calendar days of the charge date for review.
8. Refund Policy
🚫 No Refunds for Digital Products, Licensed Courses, or Downloadable Materials
- Due to the nature of digital products and course licenses, all sales are final once access is granted.
- Refunds will not be provided for unused, expired, or partially used course licenses.
🔹Refunds for Services & Events
- If NTFS cancels an event or service, you may receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
- No refunds for missed events or completed services.
9. Policy Acknowledgment & Agreement
By purchasing from or using NTFS services, you acknowledge and agree to this Payment & Licensing Policy.
