Client Portal Instructions 

• After you activate your client portal using the link and instructions the email invitation, you can click the button above to share your documents to your portal anytime
• For your privacy and protection, only share your documents via your secure client portal or by e-fax.
• Refrain from emailing your documents.
• Click here for instruction on how to upload and download your documents within your portal.
• Documents you want to provide will be uploaded to the “Client Source Documents” folder for each applicable tax year.
• Copies of your tax returns filed by Nel Tax and Financial Solutions can be found in the “Client Tax Returns” folder for each applicable tax year filed.
• If you want to e-fax your documents, you can send them to 443-868-1815. Make sure to include your full name on the cover page.
• If you do not want to use the client portal or e-fax your information, you can send your documents securely through the mail to the following address:
