At Nel Tax and Financial Solutions (NTFS), we value our clients and strive to provide high-quality services, programs, and products. This Cancellation Policy applies to all services, workshops, licensing agreements, consultations, group programs, coaching (both group and 1:1), and events.
By purchasing or enrolling in any NTFS service or program, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms.
1. General Cancellation Policy
- Once a service, program, or package begins, no cancellations or refunds will be granted.
- For long-term services (exceeding 6 months), an engagement letter will outline specific cancellation terms.
- For short-term services (under 6 months), cancellations are not allowed once the service has started.
- If a service or program is delivered monthly, clients may discontinue at any time, but must notify NTFS in writing to stop future engagement and billing.
2. Cancellation Policy for Services & Consultations
🔹 One-Time & Short-Term Services (Under 6 Months)
- No cancellations or refunds once the service has begun.
- If a service has not started, cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date for consideration.
🔹 Long-Term Services (6+ Months)
- All long-term services include an engagement letter outlining cancellation terms.
- Cancellation terms will specify notice requirements, applicable fees, and conditions for discontinuation.
🔹 Monthly Services & Subscription-Based Packages
- Customers may discontinue services at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected].
- Cancellation will take effect before the next billing cycle if received at least 10 calendar days before the renewal date.
3. Cancellation Policy for Group Programs & Coaching (Group & 1:1)
- No cancellations or refunds once the program begins.
- If a participant is unable to continue, they may be eligible to transfer their enrollment to a future cohort or another individual. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
- NTFS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a group program if necessary. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a credit toward a future session.
4. Cancellation Policy for Workshops & Events (Virtual & In-Person)
- No refunds or cancellations once a ticket or seat is purchased.
- If unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying NTFS via email at least 48 hours before the event.
- If NTFS cancels or reschedules an event, registrants will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- A credit to use for a future event.
5. Cancellation Policy for Licensing of Courses, Workshops & Materials
- Licensing fees for NTFS courses, workshops, and materials are non-refundable once access or materials have been provided.

6. Cancellation Due to Payment Issues
- If a payment fails or is late by more than 7 calendar days, NTFS reserves the right to discontinue services until payment is received.
- If a payment is more than 30 calendar days past due, the client relationship will be terminated and services will be discontinued.
- All outstanding balances must be paid in full.
7. How to Request a Cancellation
To submit a cancellation request (where applicable), email [email protected] with the following details:

🔹 Service/Program Name
🔹 Reason for Cancellation (if applicable)
🔹 Requested Cancellation Date
NTFS will review the request and respond within 10 calendar days.
